My name is Elijah Van Dyke and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (concentration in Sports Business) from Arizona State University and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Business (concentration in Athletic Administration) from Temple University.

Reflecting on my deep connection with sports and its profound influence on my life. Throughout my college journey, I've identified two key objectives within the sports industry. Firstly, I aim to unite the community and the team, fostering meaningful and unforgettable experiences for fans—reminiscent of the impactful moments I cherished as a child. Recognizing the profound societal impact of sports, I am driven to contribute to that meaningful influence.

Secondly, I aspire to streamline the off-court experience for professional athletes or student-athletes, allowing them to concentrate on the game and refine their skills on the court. My ultimate goal is to secure a full-time position in Student-Athlete Development or Player Engagement, where I can positively impact players' lives beyond the game through programming and events that will serve the athletes long after their playing careers.

While pursuing my goal, I am currently working in Student-Athlete Development as an Assistant while completing my degree at Temple University. This opportunity serves as a stepping stone, facilitating my professional growth in the industry and ultimately leading to my long-term aspirations.
